Workout 4/21/2011

Today I did my first official WOD (Workout Of the Day).

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
  • 5 Thrusters (from "rack" position squat and then push press at the top of the squat) @ 45 lbs. (prescribed was 85 lbs.)

  • 5 Pull-ups (I used the "ring row" progression)

  • 5 Box Jumps @ 12" (prescribed is 24")

I did 9 full rounds and got through the first box jump in round 10.
