Progress Update Day 21

Lunch was questionable as we went to Rita's and I was attempting to avoid carbs, but I had a single cheeseburger (no bun, no condiments) (BURGERS FOR DA BOYS!) for dinner which was tough for about an hour or so where I got hungry, but it paid off. I have a shot at meeting this weeks goal. If I do drop another 3 lbs today (and I am going to do a WOD today) it will not only represent the biggest weekly loss by a good margin, but also put me in the high 280's.

Weight: 291.2 lbs.
Fat: 42.8%
Water: 43.6%
