Foundations Class 7

Foundations is complete! This class was about Olympic lifting. This means we did power cleans and power snatches. This was a basis for other clean and snatch techniques. The workout was killer. Got super winded again.

3 rounds:
20 sit-ups
15 power cleans
10 burpees (my kryptonite)
400m run
