Foundations Class 6

Class 6 was a doozy. Not only did we do some more difficult exercises both from a technical and physical perspective, but the workout winded me hardcore. We learned handstand push-ups, dips, L-sits, mountain climbers, and medicine ball cleans.

The workout was 5 rounds for time:
10 med ball cleans
5 handstand push-ups
10 mountain climbers

My time was like 18:45.

Then for dinner I hit up the Whole Foods to load up on protein :p
