Today's foundations class taught kettle bell swings (2-hand and 1-hand), Turkish stand-ups (maybe it was get-ups), and sumo lift pulls (or something like that). It was basically all kettle bell things all the time.
Then I did a workout for time.

1 lap around the building
15 KB swings (15 @ 1 poot which is approximately 15kg)
8 pull-ups
Finished in about 12 minutes and was very winded.
Then Tristan and I went to Whole Foods for lunch where we had a protein filled lunch, shots of olive oil, and coconut water for electrolytes. Tristan is very good at taking this stuff seriously, and I go along for the ride because it certainly is working well for him. Wang joined us by the end of the meal. It was nice.
