Foundations Class 4
Tonight we did dead lifts, jump rope double-unders, and knees to elbows (while hanging on a pull-up bar). I was more able to perform in this session than any other thus far. Form came easier (although I had a practice session before even signing up for the class), and the activities were more geared to my strengths. Knees to elbows was not my thing, but even then I did some good work.
