I got back and showered from the first foundations class at about 8:20pm. My ability to shower was greatly impaired because my arms were too tired to reach as far as they normally would.
We covered the following:
Air Squats
Pull ups
Sit ups
Push ups
Box jumps
One thing I was really encouraged by was that they have what they call "progressions" for almost everything. They have at least one or more alternate ways to decrease the difficulty of an exercise so that you don't cheat the real movement, but instead do a full range lower intensity movement.
At the end just as I thought we were done, we did a workout of the day.
The Goal:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
The Catch:
Do that cycle as many times as possible in 10 minutes.
That 10 minutes starts to feel really long when you're already a little tired and you're pushing yourself as hard as you can. I was able to do the cycle 5 times. Sooner or later that workout will come up again and we'll see how much I've improved. If it doesn't by the end of my experiment I'll do it myself as a final measure of fitness improvement.

Great idea of doing it again at the end of your 24 classes (that is the whole experiment, isn't it?). That was one of my first workouts, too, and I saw a 15% improvement after my first month. Let's see you do the same!
