Day 8 Progress Update (1 Week)

One week complete! Foundations class 4 is this evening so I'll have another update tonight from that. Next to today's stats I put the differentials from the starting stats. Let's be honest, it doesn't look good. I feel like that late night IHOP is entirely to blame (on top of the drinking leading up to it). I'm partly pissed to have this result, but at the same time I know that I laid down some work in the workouts, so my consolation prize is that I have no doubt I built some muscle. Maybe that sets me up for a big second week.

Weight: 296.0 lbs. (+1.4)
Fat: 43.8% (+0.1)
Water: 42.8% (-0.2)
