In other news my back is a little torn up. I'm guessing form got a bit sloppy by the end of the WOD yesterday. Lesson learned: always keep some focus on form.

I've noticed with myself that weekends are always the hardest to make weight-loss progress. It's kind of interesting how you've got your weekend in the middle of your measurement weeks, which doesn't allow for much wiggle room if you do happen to do an IHOP run, for example. Regardless, you're definitely making good progress, and keep at it!
ReplyDeleteNice job yesterday! That's definitely a good workout to see how everything stacks up. Also, yesterday's workout was pretty high volume (high volume = a lot of reps), which should result in a good amount of soreness. Is it sore or is it a sharp pain?
