Day 15 Progress Update (2 Weeks)

For week 2 I have overcome the gain in week 1 and even gotten to a point below starting weight for a total loss of 1.4 lbs. Some might say that's the rate of loss you are looking for (at ~1 lb/wk). I say to hell with that. At my weight I think it's reasonable to do more. The goal in the coming week is 5 more lbs. for a total deficit of -6.4 lbs on the day 22 progress update.

Weight: 293.2 lbs. (-1.4)
Fat: 43.2% (-0.5)
Water: 43.3% (+0.5)
