Day 14 Progress Update

Sorry for grumpy face, but I was tired and forgot to add some smile. My lunch was excessive and my dinner ended up the same way. I seem to keep ignoring the fact that eating like a horse will always negate even the most exhausting of workout regimens. I did drink a lot of water yesterday too, but that should have helped more than hurt. Although I may have added some water weight temporarily before it flushes back out.


Day 14 Stats:
Weight: 296.0 lbs.
Fat: 43.9%
Water: 42.7%

  1. pizza has a lot of salt, which will make you retain a lot of water

  2. and although eating too much isn't good, you also don't want to starve yourself, because that'll only make you crave food a lot more. eating too little food will also leave you with much less energy.
