Day 13 Progress Update

Definitely some soreness this morning. That being the case I anticipate it to get worse by the end of the day or tomorrow. I think I overloaded on protein. I need to try to not go nuts with the eating after a big workout since it's easy to erase the progress that way.

Weight: 293.2 lbs.
Fat: 43.6%
Water: 43.0%
